Refund policy

If you're not completely satisfied, you can return your order within 14 days of delivery, as long as it’s unused and in its original packaging. Returns are simple: we’ll send you a label, and a restocking fee will be applied. Please note that opened packs of sneaker wipes and final sale items are not eligible for return. Refunds are issued 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the return at our warehouse.
